I’m Mikey Bargo. My favorite color is purple and my favorite number is 33. I’m originally from Michigan and I spent nearly a decade in Chicago before I found my true home in the Bay Area. I’m one of those ostensibly rare Bay Area people that also loves LA - always rolling around the idea of moving south. I’m actually just in love with all of California. I feel so endlessly grateful to call this place my home.

I’ve been a restaurant worker, a philosophy student, a bicycle courier, a wine guy, a surfer and now I’m a photographer. I got my start when a couple friends asked me to photograph their wedding. I’ve been obsessed ever since. I’m consumed with making images that matter. It’s the greatest gift to give and the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done. I would LOVE to work with you!
